speed
Athletes Factory will maximize your speed by developing power,
improving technique and teaching you how to properly run
the 40-yard dash. Athletes Factory’s speed progression program has
proven to decrease times by as much as .300 seconds.
agility
Athletes Factory takes pride in teaching the proper techniques to
make athletes faster in all agility drills. We will develop your
change of direction speed for the shuttle and cone drills. Our
techniques will train the mind and body on how to call on
particular muscle groups for explosion out of turns.
strength
Athletes Factory has structured and will execute a strength program
that is modified to your needs. Our training has been
refined to achieve maximum results in a short amount of
time, specifically the 225 lb. rep max.
flexibility
At Athletes Factory we block off specific time to stretch. Your
coaches will work one on one to incorporate flexibility enhancing
maneuvers in your daily warm up.
position-specific
Athletes Factory familiarizes all athletes on their individual
position work done at the combine. For selected positions,
we bring in experienced consultants to practice the
drills.
film analysis
Athletes Factory will work with each individual athlete in a
daily film session to break down and analyze where improvements
can be made.
wonderlic prep
Athletes Factory recognizes that the wonderlic test is
considered a “mental drill” at the combine. This test is something
to take just as serious as the other drills. Athletes Factory incorporates
practice testing and tutorial class sessions during our
training week.
media / team interview prep
At the combine, teams and
media outlets will be interviewing you. During your time at
Athletes Factory you will receive interview training so that you can enter
team interviews with confidence. The media can be very
tricky and our instructors will teach you how to cope with
various the interview questions you may encounter.
