Athletes Factory will maximize your speed by developing power, improving technique and teaching you how to properly run the 40-yard dash. Athletes Factory’s speed progression program has proven to decrease times by as much as .300 seconds.

Athletes Factory takes pride in teaching the proper techniques to make athletes faster in all agility drills. We will develop your change of direction speed for the shuttle and cone drills. Our techniques will train the mind and body on how to call on particular muscle groups for explosion out of turns.

At Athletes Factory we block off specific time to stretch. Your coaches will work one on one to incorporate flexibility enhancing maneuvers in your daily warm up.
